Deposits & Cancellation:
Deposit: To secure your appointment there is a 30.85$ fee. This includes transfer fees. All deposits are Non-Refundable . This deposit will subtracted from your service total. The remaining balance can be paid by cash, cash app, or the payment processor.( CHECK OUT WILL BE PROCESSED ON A SQUARE DEVICE)PLEASE DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO REMAINING BALANCE AMOUNT.)Payment Processing Fees: cash app 3%,Credit card 3 % applied to total amount.
Color Service: For all color service appointments the deposit will $51.50 when booking.(Transaction fee included) A invoice will be sent after a your consultation for color is confirmed.
Cancellation: Cancellations should be done within 72 hours . Deposits are non transferable. No call now shows will be blocked from booking in the future.
Late: There is a 15 min grace period. If you are over that time you will be charged 15$ on your total. After 15 mins your appointment will be canceled.
Hair Detangle : Hair must be tangle free before arrival. Tangled hair is a up charge depending on how severe it is.
TIP: Natural hair is kinky. I don't expect the hair to be completely untangled. Tangles I am speaking of is similar to knots. Usually this happens if you have not combed your hair in some time or taken out braids and have not detangled the hair.
Consultation: A consultation by phone is required for chemical services ,weaves ,and silk press.(All photos should be sent to phone number.(352)888-6141. A picture would need to be sent of you edge line, side and back. For silk press I need to see length and texture with the hair stretched
(Occasionally you may experience Longer wait time....Things do happen and delays are inevitable.)
Before & after hour booking is $25 extra per person (varies)
